About the Role

We are looking for an imaginative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Graphic Designer to visually elevate our digital presence. In this role, your primary focus will be designing scroll-stopping, high-quality visual content for Dynovista’s own social media channels, while also stepping in to design premium assets for our clients when needed.

You won't just be making graphics; you will be translating brand identities into compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate has a strong command of design fundamentals, typography, and color theory, combined with a deep understanding of what performs well across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design: Conceptualize and design highly engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static posts, seamless carousels, infographics, stories, and platform-specific banners.

Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual assets adhere strictly to brand guidelines (both for Dynovista and our clients), maintaining absolute visual consistency and premium aesthetics across all digital touchpoints.

Video & Motion Basics:



Assist in editing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) and creating basic motion graphics/animations to boost engagement metrics.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, performance marketers, and the broader digital team to brainstorm campaigns and translate marketing objectives into effective visual layouts.

Trend Adaptation: Stay continuously updated on design trends, social media visual formats, and platform specifications. Proactively suggest recent visual formats to keep the brand's aesthetic fresh and relevant.

Asset Management: Organize and manage design assets, templates, and project files efficiently to ensure smooth workflows across the agency.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, specifically focused on social media and digital marketing (agency experience is highly preferred).

Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple design requests and meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Communication: Good communication skills to articulate your design choices and collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
