​The Role

Blink Brand Solutions is looking for a Social Media Executive with a strong understanding of digital content, social media platforms, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit, create and publish Reels, posts and Stories across social media platforms.
- Research and develop relevant, engaging and trend-led content.
- Support the development and execution of influencer campaigns and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators and internal teams for campaign deliverables.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Track and analyse social media insights, reach, engagement and performance metrics.
- Use insights to recommend improvements in content and campaign strategy.
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats,



algorithms and emerging content opportunities.
- Assist in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas for tourism, travel and lifestyle brands.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media/content marketing.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Good understanding of Reels, content formats, trends and social media best practices.
- Experience in reading and interpreting social media insights and analytics.
- Good communication, coordination and content research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Positive knowledge of Canva and/or video editing tools.

Added Advantage

- Experience working with Tourism Boards, Travel Trade, Destination Marketing Organisations, hotels, airlines or travel brands will be highly preferred.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing and tourism campaigns will be an added advantage.
