Techeon IT is expanding its digital marketing and content team. We’re looking for people who are hands-on, creative, data-driven and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

We have 3 paths, and you can choose any one career path based on your skills and interests.

1. Paid Marketing Executive

Experience: 1+ Year

About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Executive who can independently manage and optimize paid campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign performance and ROI.

What You'll Do

- Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Manage lead-generation and conversion campaigns
- Monitor budgets, leads, CPL, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS and ROI
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
- Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Stay updated with advertising platforms, trends and best practices

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of hands-on paid marketing experience
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of lead-generation campaigns and conversion funnels
- Good understanding of paid marketing metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- EdTech/digital marketing experience is a plus

2. Content Writer

Experience: 1–2 Years





About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Writer who can create clear, engaging and audience-focused content for websites, blogs, social media, marketing campaigns and educational initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Write website content, blogs, social media posts and email campaigns
- Create content for marketing and promotional campaigns
- Research topics and produce original, high-quality content
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity and consistency
- Apply basic SEO principles to content
- Work with marketing and design teams on campaigns
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging
- Manage multiple content requirements and deadlines

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in content writing or a similar role
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Strong grammar, proofreading and editing skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Good research and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A strong writing portfolio is a plus

3. Content Creator

Experience: 0–1 Year

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can ideate, script and create short-form content for social media.





This role is ideal for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and can turn ideas into engaging Reels, Shorts and UGC content.

What You'll Do

- Generate fresh content ideas independently
- Write hooks, scripts, captions and short-form content
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and UGC content
- Appear confidently in videos
- Shoot and coordinate video content
- Identify and leverage relevant social media trends
- Experiment with different content formats and storytelling styles
- Work with the marketing team on content calendars and campaigns

What We're Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in content creation, social media, UGC or a related field
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to independently generate ideas and scripts
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Basic knowledge of video shooting/editing
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and UGC
