The Role

We are looking for a hybrid creative—someone who is equal parts strategist and social media manager. You will be responsible for conceptualizing engaging content, going on-ground to shoot videos at client locations, and coordinating with our internal teams to ensure everything goes live smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Strategy & Ideation: Brainstorm and develop tailored social media strategies and content calendars for various clients, keeping up with the latest trends and platform algorithms.
- On-Ground Video Production: Visit client offices and specific locations to shoot raw video content, reels, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day posting, caption writing, hashtag research, and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Team Coordination: Act as the central hub for your projects. Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and clients to ensure all assets are delivered on time and align with the overarching strategy.
- Community Engagement: Monitor client social profiles, engage with the audience, and track basic performance metrics to see what is working.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Ideally 1 year in social media management, content creation, or a similar agency role. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply if they can provide a portfolio of mock work, sample reels,



or a demo strategy.
- Production Skills: Confident in shooting high-quality video content using a smartphone or standard camera equipment. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.) are a big plus.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of how different social platforms operate, what type of content performs best on each, and how to utilize native platform features.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills. You need to be highly organized and capable of managing multiple client deliverables simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
