This is a hands-on content creation role. We are looking for someone who can create, shoot, edit, and publish content—not someone who only provides content ideas or strategies.

Content Creation

- Ability to shoot and create photos, carousels, reels & videos independently

- Strong video & photo editing skills

- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts & Carousels

- Can create both on-camera and off-camera content, showcase products

- Robust visual sense — fashion, styling, composition, lighting

- Can write basic captions, hooks & CTAs

- Understands current social-media trends

Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram/Facebook accounts end-to-end

- Content planning, scheduling and publishing

- Maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms

- Manage comments, DMs and basic community engagement

- Track Instagram insights and identify what's working/not working

- Improve profile presentation, content quality and overall social presence

- Monitor trends, competitors and relevant fashion/brand content

Editing & Design Tools

- CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro — at least one strong video-editing tool

- Canva — required

- Photoshop / Lightroom — preferred





- Basic knowledge of photo colour correction, retouching, cropping and formatting

- Comfortable editing content for different formats: 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, etc.

Work Style

- Creative + execution-oriented

- Takes initiative and can work independently

- Good communication & coordination skills

- Willing to shoot content physically when required

- Portfolio/reel of previous work required

Platform Knowledge

- Instagram

- Facebook

- Meta Business Suite

- YouTube Shorts — preferred

- Pinterest — preferred

- Basic understanding of Instagram/Meta analytics

Nice-to-Have

- Fashion/lifestyle brand experience

- Product photography

- On-camera confidence

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads

- Influencer/creator coordination

- Basic SEO/content discoverability knowledge

- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms

- Basic graphic design

- Experience growing a brand's Instagram organically

- Understanding of fashion trends and styling

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
