Social Media Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, engage with our audience, create engaging content, and support our creator and affiliate marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and other formats.

- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar.

- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, platform updates, and competitor activities.

- Research and identify relevant content creators, influencers, bloggers, and potential affiliate partners.

- Reach out to content creators and potential affiliate partners through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other relevant platforms.

- Communicate with creators regarding collaboration opportunities, campaign requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and affiliate partners.

- Follow up with creators and affiliates to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.

- Assist in onboarding new affiliate partners and provide them with relevant campaign information and promotional material.

- Track leads, registrations, conversions, and other results generated through affiliate and creator partnerships.

- Maintain an updated database of creators,



influencers, and affiliate partners.

- Identify new opportunities for creator collaborations and affiliate partnerships.

- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop creatives and other marketing assets.

- Assist in executing social media, influencer, and affiliate campaigns.

- Monitor social media and campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.

- Analyze competitor social media activities and identify opportunities to improve the brand's online presence.

- Support other digital marketing and promotional activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.

- Solid understanding of major social media platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong research, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

- Comfortable with reaching out to content creators, influencers, and potential partners.

- Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.

- Basic understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing.

- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance.

- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets/Excel, and social media management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
