We’re looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy, Instagram-first Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and execute scroll-stopping content that drives engagement and sales.

This role is not just about posting — it’s about building a brand personality, storytelling through visuals, and converting followers into customers.

Content Strategy & Planning

- Plan monthly Instagram content calendar (Reels, Carousels, Stories)
- Identify trends and adapt them to jewellery niche
- Create viral hooks and storytelling-based scripts
- Align content with launches, offers, and campaigns

Shooting & Production
- Shoot high-quality Reels and product content
- Understand:
- Natural & artificial lighting
- Basic framing and composition
- Jewellery-focused close-ups
- Skin tones, reflections, shine control
- Set up clean aesthetic backgrounds (white, satin, beach vibe, etc.)

Editing & AI Tools

Must be comfortable with





- CapCut / InShot / VN / Final Cut / Premiere Pro
- Canva (advanced level)
- Lightroom / basic color grading
- AI tools like:
- ChatGPT (script writing, hooks)
- AI voiceover tools
- Trend research tools
- Caption generation tools

Should understand:
- Hook optimization
- Retention editing
- Text overlay placement
- Viral pacing
- Subtitles formatting

Instagram Execution
- Post Reels, Stories, and Carousels consistently
- Write high-converting captions
- Optimize hashtags
- Track analytics (reach, saves, shares, watch time)
- Suggest improvements based on data

Brand Aesthetic Management
- Maintain consistent visual identity
- Understand jewellery styling
- Suggest mood boards
- Plan model shoots (if needed)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
