We're Hiring | Snowflake Data Engineer | Pan India

We are looking for experienced Snowflake Data Engineers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in cloud data warehousing and ELT solutions on the Snowflake Data Cloud, supporting scalable pipelines, dimensional/data-vault modelling, and legacy warehouse migration for BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong experience and understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Lake platform architecture and design.
- Design and build scalable ELT pipelines and data models on Snowflake using SQL, DBT, and Python.
- Develop data warehousing solutions (star schema, SCD, Data Vault) supporting enterprise analytics and reporting.
- Implement Snowflake-native features — Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Time Travel, Data Sharing, and Cortex AI functions.
- Lead/support migrations from legacy platforms (Teradata, Oracle, Exadata, GreenPlum, Hadoop) to Snowflake.
- Optimise workloads through warehouse sizing, query tuning, clustering, and cost-management best practices.




- Implement data security and governance — dynamic masking, RBAC, row/column-level security, and secure data sharing.
- Build CI/CD and automation for Snowflake deployments using DBT, Liquibase, and Git-based pipelines.
- Integrate Snowflake with ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Matillion) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Mandatory Skills

- Snowflake Data Cloud (multi-cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP)
- SQL, PL/SQL, Python; DBT for transformations
- ELT pipeline design & data modelling (Star, SCD, Data Vault)
- Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Time Travel, Data Sharing
- Warehouse sizing, query tuning & cost optimisation
- Data security & governance (masking, RBAC)
