Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Visit Executive to join our real estate sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for accompanying customers during property site visits, explaining the project, facilities, specifications, and other basic details, and assisting customers throughout their visit

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and accompany customers during property/site visits.
- Explain project details, facilities, features, and available options to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
- Coordinate with the Telecaller and Sales Manager regarding scheduled site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers after site visits.
- Update customer visit details and follow-up status in the company's CRM/data management system.




- Help generate customer interest and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
- Maintain qualified relationships with potential customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining property details.
- Willingness to travel locally for property/site visits.
- Previous experience in real estate, property sales, customer handling, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
