Site Supervisor – Vending Machine Operations

We are a growing vending machine company looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our vending machine sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate refillers and field staff.
- Ensure vending machines are properly stocked, clean, and operational.
- Manage inventory, including stock movement, shortages, wastage, and replenishment.
- Monitor daily refilling schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site and machine inspections.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for stock requirements.
- Identify and report machine, inventory, or operational issues.
- Maintain daily reports and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Coordinate with site/client representatives to resolve operational concerns.

Requirements: Valuable communication, team-management and organizational skills, basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, and willingness to travel between assigned sites.
