Hipcouch is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Site Supervisor (6–7+ years) to lead site operations and turnkey execution for premium residential projects across Mumbai.

What You Will Do

- On-Site Execution: Lead end-to-end site operations for apartments and turnkey residential fit-outs across Mumbai.
- Trade Leadership: Directly supervise and coordinate specialized contractors (carpenters, civil crews, MEP technicians, POP teams, and painters).
- Drawing & Spec Verification: Read and execute detailed working drawings (GFCs), joinery details, and MEP layouts, working closely with Hipcouch design leads to resolve site discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect custom woodwork, modular fitments, tile/marble laying, and paint finishes to maintain zero-defect standards and eliminate rework.
- Society Compliance: Navigate housing society guidelines, manage noise/work hours, arrange entry permits, and oversee material movement across Mumbai residential complexes.
- Material & Inventory Control: Inspect incoming materials (plywood grades, veneers, laminates,



and hardware like Blum/Hettich), minimize wastage, and maintain accurate inventory tracking.
- Reporting & Handover: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), track execution against project schedules, manage snag lists, and conduct client walkthroughs for final handover.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 6 to 7+ years of dedicated residential interior site supervision experience within the Mumbai region.
- Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of local civil work, custom carpentry, hardware fittings, surface finishes, and MEP systems.
- Site Leadership: Exceptional labor management skills, quick spatial problem-solving, and skilled client-facing communication.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel across active project sites in Western/Central suburbs and South Mumbai.
