Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with Project Manager, Planning Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.

- Check and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress at site.

- Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

- Ensure proper execution of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

- Take site measurements and maintain records of executed quantities.

- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Monitor daily work progress and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements,



and approved work procedures.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely completion of activities.

- Assist in material planning and ensure proper utilization of resources.

- Monitor work as per project schedule and support timely achievement of project milestones.

- Maintain proper site documentation, records, drawings, and inspection reports.

- Ensure safe working practices are followed at the construction site.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.

- Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specifications.

- Good understanding of quantity measurement and site documentation.

- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
