Pancharatna Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a sales-driven Site Manager with experience in real estate plotting and farmhouse projects to handle client site visits, deliver an excellent on-ground experience, and convert site visits into bookings through effective client handling and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified client visits from office to project site.
- Conduct site tours and explain plots, and amenities
- Build strong client relationships and guide them towards purchase decisions
- Explain location benefits, connectivity, and future growth potential
- Resolve client queries and drive conversions through effective follow-ups
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Management teams
- Ensure site readiness and proper project presentation
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in real estate / field sales (plotting preferred)

- Good knowledge of Pune/Mumbai real estate market and locations
- Basic understanding of land documentation (preferred)
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills

- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi
