Purpose/Objective The Site IT Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall IT function across manufacturing operations, including IT infrastructure, SAP, enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT/OT integration.

The role will drive technology strategy, operational excellence, business alignment, and innovation while ensuring reliable IT services for plant operations and supporting the organization's Industry 4.

Key Responsibilities of Role

IT Operations & Infrastructure - Lead and manage IT operations across manufacturing locations, ensuring high system availability and service reliability.

- Oversee data centers, servers, storage, networks, telecom, cloud services, end-user computing, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Ensure uninterrupted support for business-critical and production environments.
- Drive incident management, service improvement, and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks. SAP & Enterprise Applications - Lead SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization programs.

- Manage manufacturing and supply chain application landscapes.
- Drive integration between SAP, MES, warehouse systems, quality systems, and other business applications.
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Govern enterprise applications, analytics platforms, collaboration tools, and digital solutions.

Manufacturing

Systems & IT/OT Integration - Provide governance and support for MES and other production-critical applications.

- Drive IT/OT convergence initiatives to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications, automation systems, and manufacturing technologies.
- Collaborate with production,



engineering, quality, and OEM partners to support manufacturing operations.
- Drive standardization and scalability of manufacturing technology platforms.

Digital Transformation & Industry 4.

0 - Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing facilities.

- Drive adoption of Industry 4.

0 technologies, including IoT, AI/ML, automation, analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions.

- Promote process digitalization, workflow automation, and paperless operations.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and business dashboards.
- Evaluate and implement innovative technologies that enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Cybersecurity & Compliance - Lead IT and OT cybersecurity governance across the manufacturing workplace.

- Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive vulnerability management, patch compliance, endpoint protection, network security, access management, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Coordinate security audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Projects & Technology Delivery - Lead Greenfield and Brownfield IT projects from planning through commissioning and stabilization.

- Manage technology programs within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Support plant expansions, infrastructure upgrades, automation initiatives, and smart factory programs.





- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Manage relationships with technology partners, system integrators, managed service providers, OEMs, and telecom operators.

- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Conduct periodic governance reviews and drive continuous service improvements.

- Work closely with business leaders and functional heads to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted technology partner to business and leadership teams.

Financial & Governance Management - Manage IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

- Ensure effective utilization of technology investments and cost optimization initiatives.
- Govern procurement, contracts, software licensing, asset lifecycle management, and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and financial control processes.

People Leadership - Lead and develop teams across infrastructure, applications, SAP, cybersecurity, and digital transformation functions.

- Drive capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor teams to deliver sustainable business value and operational excellence.

Technical Competencies IT Infrastructure & Data Center Management,Manufacturing IT Operations,Program & Project Management,SAP & Enterprise Applications,Vendor and Stakeholder Management

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Overall Experience: 15+ years in Information Technology.
