Job Title: Solar Site Engineer - Daily Wages

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Salary: ₹800 per day

Food Allowance: ₹100 per day

Future Opportunity: Based on performance, the position may be converted to permanent employment.

We are looking for a Solar Site Engineer to supervise and support solar installation work at project sites in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily solar installation activities at the site.
- Coordinate with workers and installation teams.
- Ensure proper installation of solar panels, structures, cables and other components.
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure quality of work.
- Coordinate with the project team and report site updates.
- Identify and resolve basic site-related issues.
- Ensure the project work is completed according to the given schedule.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical,



Mechanical, Civil or related field.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can apply.
- Experience in solar installation/site work will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in Chennai.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work at outdoor project sites.

Compensation
- ₹800 per working day
- ₹100 food allowance per working day
- 6-month contract initially.
