Jobs Description

SSP Group is hiring a Site Engineer / Sr. Site Engineer for its projects at Devanagundi / Sadahalli, Bangalore. The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day site operations maintaining site safety and organization, assisting with cost estimation, coordinating vendors, reviewing engineering plans and ensuring quality standards are met. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates (up to 3+ years). The ideal candidate has a background in Civil Engineering, solid attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with crews, vendors and stakeholders on site.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain site safety, cleanliness and material organization.
- Assist in cost estimation and ensure availability of materials and tools.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical support.




- Negotiate with vendors / suppliers for cost-effective contracts.
- Review technical drawings and engineering plans (under supervision).
- Schedule work tasks and communicate adjustments to crews and clients.
- Compile site data, prepare reports and present to stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance checks and team training sessions.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
