Position Name: Site Engineer

Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Summary The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safety and timelines as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and interpret site drawings, topographical drawings, and construction drawings, rebar drawing and rebar schedules.
- Setting out from the contract drawings/information, carry out surveys as and when required.
- Ensure works are carried out as per the contract drawings and specification.
- Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records.
- Provide as built information.
- Ensure gangs are working correctly, implement and maintain permit to dig and other relevant permits (if applicable). Assist/have responsibility for the Health and Safety matters on site.
- Communicate with the site manager/rest of the site team and assist with the organising of site, this would include materials, forecasting materials / plant required and sub-contract management.
- Be able to attend meetings/deal with the client/inspectors if the site manager cannot attend.




- Assist with inputting information/durations to programme of works.
- Be able to organize labour force for every item of work to be carried out.
- Weekly schedule to be prepared along with QC and to implement as scheduled.
- Daily labour report and work done details to be send in whatsapp group.
- Weekly labour bill to be submitted on Thursday morning 9.15 AM without fail. And the same to be checked along with QC at site.
- Keeping clean and monitor the labour shed allocation.
- Material indent to be send to HO prior of 4 days of minimum.
- Material received at site to be taken account and the consumption to be recorded and to be produced on claim.
- Site in time shall be 8.45 AM and out time 6.30 PM.
- When labour deployed for concreting or night time work etc. shall be monitored in presence if required.
- Safety at site on working to be taken care intensively. PPE to be maintained (Helmet, safety shoes etc.).

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant site engineering experience in construction or real estate project

Experience

- 1015 years of experience as a Site Engineer (Residential / Commercial projects preferred)

Salary

- As per industry standards / Company policy and Based previous experience.
