Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Bengaluru, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising civil and structural works, monitoring progress against schedules, managing site documentation, and supporting contractors and workers with technical guidance. The position involves collaborating with architects, structural engineers,



and project managers to resolve design and execution issues, conduct regular inspections, and report site status and risks.

The Site

Engineer will also assist in material checks, quality control procedures, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications

- Solid on-site supervision capabilities, with experience managing civil engineering activities at construction sites.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical application in building projects.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Experience in quality control, including inspection of workmanship and materials against standards and drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; professional certification or licensure is an advantage.
- Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and use basic site measurement tools.
- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced project environment.
