Futureal is looking for Site Supervisors / Site Engineers who want to build a career in Interior Fit-outs and Workplace Projects.

What you will do
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, HVAC teams and other agencies.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Check materials, workmanship and finishing quality.
- Read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
- Identify site issues and work with the project team to find practical solutions.
- Maintain site discipline, safety and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager / Site Team and keep them updated on progress.
- Ensure the final output meets the expected quality and finish.
Who are we looking for?
Experience: 1 to 5years
Educational Background
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
You don’t need to know everything on Day 1. The right attitude and willingness to learn matter to us.
