Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Malappuram.

The Site

Engineer will oversee the day-to-day management of construction activities, ensure quality control measures are adhered to, and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely project delivery. The role involves working closely with structural engineers and construction workers, supervising on-site activities, and providing crucial updates to project managers.

Engineer will also ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience with on-site project management, including overseeing construction processes and supervising teams
- Solid communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of quality control and assurance in construction projects
- In-depth understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in construction
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with safety and regulatory standards
- Previous experience working in construction projects, especially in residential or commercial environments, is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
