Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including coordination with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that valuation-related site inspections and technical assessments are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities include conducting field measurements, documenting site conditions, verifying structural and infrastructural details, and preparing technical inputs that support valuation reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and client specifications,



while maintaining organized records of all site visits and observations.

The Site

Engineer will collaborate closely with the valuation and advisory teams to provide reliable, data-driven insights that contribute to high-quality appraisal deliverables.

Qualifications

- Solid technical knowledge in civil or structural engineering, including site inspection, measurement, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and technical specifications, with attention to detail in reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage on-site activities, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and local regulations applicable to construction and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or technical assessment for valuation or consultancy projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with capacity to work independently at multiple sites.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru South and nearby regions for project and valuation-related site visits.
