Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and manage day-to-day civil works on project sites in Pune City, ensuring that construction activities align with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This full time, on-site role includes supervising excavation, foundation work, RCC and brickwork, road construction, landscaping, and interior civil activities such as waterproofing and tiling. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, HVAC, and BMS) to ensure timely execution and integration of all civil elements.

The Site Civil





Engineer will prepare and review site reports, maintain project documentation, monitor material usage, and support planning and scheduling. The position also requires identifying and resolving site issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, managing site activities, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project stakeholders.
- Skills in Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring for civil and interior works.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure, such as drainage systems and water harvesting solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in commercial or industrial interior and civil projects, preferably in building or fit-out environments.
- Familiarity with quality control, safety practices, and statutory compliance on construction sites.
- Proficiency in basic engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project scheduling tools) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks on-site.
- Ability to travel within Pune City to different project locations as required.
