Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Site Acquisition Specialist based in Birbhum. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential sites for telecom tower installation, conducting site surveys, and coordinating with local stakeholders, landowners, and authorities to secure suitable locations. The specialist will manage lease negotiations, ensure documentation and approvals are completed accurately,



and support site development activities in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as RF planning, legal, and operations to ensure timely acquisition and readiness of sites. The role also includes tracking project progress, mitigating local issues, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external partners to meet rollout timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Site Acquisition and Site Development skills, including site identification, evaluation, and coordination with local stakeholders.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with landowners, government authorities, and internal teams.
- Experience with Leases, including negotiation, documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Basic understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) requirements to align site selection with network planning needs.
- Relevant experience in telecom infrastructure, real estate, or related field.
- Ability to travel locally within Birbhum and nearby regions as required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, real estate, or a related discipline preferred.
