Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to build, customize, and maintain high-converting online storefronts. You will lead Shopify theme modifications using Liquid, extend store capabilities via Shopify APIs, integrate third-party apps, and ensure peak performance and seamless mobile checkout experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Theme Customization & Development: Build, modify, and optimize custom Shopify themes (Online Store 2.0 architecture) using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, and JavaScript.
- App & API Integration: Develop public or private custom apps using Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, GraphQL, and REST; integrate third-party marketing and logistics tools.
- Store Optimization: Audit and improve core web vitals, mobile responsiveness, page speed, and overall site performance.
- Checkout & Functionality Setup: Configure checkout workflows, Shopify Functions (discounts, delivery rules), metafields, and custom section schemas.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:



Debug theme/app conflicts, test new features in staging environments, and support major sales campaigns.

Required Qualifications 1. Shopify Core: Expert knowledge of Shopify Liquid, Online Store 2.0 (Sections, Blocks, JSON templates), and Metafields.

1. API & Data : Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, GraphQL, and RESTful web services.
2. Front-End Stack: Advanced skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and up-to-date build tools (Webpack/Vite).
3. Tooling & Workflow: Experience with Theme Kit, Shopify CLI, and Git version control.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of dedicated Shopify development experience.
- Experience with Headless Shopify setups (Hydrogen / Remix or Next.js).
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus features (Scripts, Checkout Extensibility).
