Looking for Shopify Operations Manager

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a D2C/Ecommerce startup

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role

We're looking for someone to take ownership of our Shopify operations and ensure everything runs smoothly—from the moment an order is placed until it reaches the customer.

You'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in managing website operations, order fulfillment, customer communication, and business reporting. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and making processes better every day, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store.

Monitor website sales, orders, and overall store performance.

Coordinate with warehouse, courier, and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatches and resolve shipment issues.

Track returns, RTOs, exchanges, and other operational exceptions.

Maintain product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns on Shopify.

Monitor sales and operational dashboards, identify trends, and share actionable insights.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business decisions.

Handle customer queries over WhatsApp, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns, launches, and promotions are executed smoothly.

Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a D2C or ecommerce startup.





Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.

Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards.

Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers and external partners.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.

Bonus Points

Experience with courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, Porter, Pickrr, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with Google Analytics or ecommerce reporting tools.

Experience managing inventory and order fulfillment.
