Support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business across our own website, and online marketplaces. The role involves managing product uploads, inventory, order coordination, and assisting with daily merchandising and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order dispatch.

- Create and share line sheets with marketplaces and follow up on product uploads and banner updates.

- Update and maintain inventory across the website and marketplaces.

- Regularly check website inventory, product sequencing, and racking.

- Upload recent products with the correct images, pricing, and product details.

- Update website banners and homepage sections as required.

- Maintain basic sales and inventory reports.

- Assist with Meta ads, mailers, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

- Create product codes and support the team with day-to-day merchandising tasks.

- Assist the team with daily e-commerce operations and coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience

- E-commerce, merchandising or a similar role: 1 year (Required)

- Basic knowledge of Shopify platform is preferred: 1 year (Preferred)
