Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct training sessions for employees.
- Provide guidance on workplace safety best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) role in an engineering or construction industry setting.
- Robust knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant laws related to workplace safety.
- Proven track record of developing effective EHS programs that improve overall organizational performance.
