? Job SummaryWe are looking for experienced ServiceNow SPM Consultants with robust hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of SPM modules and be capable of working closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

? Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Work extensively with:
- Demand Management
- Project Management
- Portfolio Management
- Resource Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- ACLs
- Workflows / Flows
- Reports & Dashboards
- Support SPM enhancements, customizations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow SPM issues and provide production support.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and deployment activities.
- Support post-production stabilization and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams,



developers and technical stakeholders.
- Follow ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

? Mandatory Skills✅ ServiceNow SPM – Mandatory ✅ 5.5+ years of ServiceNow experience

✅ Hands-on experience with Demand, Project, Portfolio & Resource Management

✅ Strong ServiceNow configuration and customization experience

✅ Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies & ACLs

✅ Workflows / ServiceNow Flows

✅ Reports & Dashboards

✅ Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture
