TCS is looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developers with strong expertise in IT Operations Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions to improve infrastructure visibility, operational efficiency, and service health across enterprise environments.

Key Skills Required

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM Development and Administration

• Hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
- Experience in configuring MID Servers, Discovery Schedules, and Discovery Patterns
- Strong knowledge of CMDB design, CI relationships, and data governance




- Hands-on experience in Service Mapping for business services and application dependencies
- Experience in Event Management, Alert Correlation, and Operational Intelligence
- Expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflow development
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform best practices
- Experience in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and platform enhancements
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and deployment activities
- ServiceNow ITOM certifications will be an added advantage.
