Role: ServiceNow Engineer (FSM Module)

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15-day-notice-period-joiners

Mandatory: Strong hands-on expertise specifically in the ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) module.

Role Overview: The ServiceNow Engineer will work closely with the Technical Architect to implement, test, and deploy business workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a primary focus on the FSM module.

Core Responsibilities:

- Build and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on architectural designs.
- Develop custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side logic.
- Implement integrations with external systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support, ensuring solutions meet scalability and security requirements.
- Document technical designs, maintain configuration management, and support deployment activities (version control, release management).
- Enhance existing workflows and contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI-driven enhancements within ServiceNow.

Required Experience & Technical Skills:

- 4 to 7 years of overall IT experience,



with a minimum of 4+ years dedicated to ServiceNow development and workflow implementation.
- Mandatory: Solid hands-on expertise specifically in the ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) module.
- Prior experience in enterprise application development using languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
- Solid scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow-specific scripting frameworks.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Good-to-Have / Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM).
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
- Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS integration patterns.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or React for UI customization.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
