Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including:

- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Orchestration
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Configure and maintain MID Servers, Discovery schedules, and patterns.
- Implement and manage Service Mapping for business services and applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk).
- Work on Event Management including alert correlation, event rules, and dashboards.

Ensure CMDB health by managing:

- Data normalization
- Data reconciliation
- CI relationships
- Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts using:
- JavaScript
- Glide APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITSM, SecOps, DevOps).
- Participate in upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules

Knowledge of:

- REST/SOAP integrations
