About the Role:

We are looking for a Service Relationship Manager Capital Markets Lending to provide end-to-end client servicing and operational support to the Sales / Relationship Management team for Loan Against Securities (LAS), ESOP Funding and other securities-backed lending products.

The role will act as a key link between Clients, Sales/RMs, Credit, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Depository/DP teams, ensuring smooth movement of cases from initial onboarding through sanction, documentation, collateral creation, disbursement, and post-disbursement servicing.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Stock Broking, LAS, Margin Funding, Securities Operations, Wealth Management or Capital Market Operations, with a strong understanding of pledge, unpledge, re-pledge, lien, invocation, collateral and demat-related processes.

The candidate should be highly client-oriented, organised, and capable of following up with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of client requirements and transaction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination with Sales / Relationship Managers

- Provide end-to-end servicing support to the RM / Sales team.
- Keep RMs updated on the status of all active client cases.
- Assist RMs in coordinating documentation and operational requirements so that the RM can focus primarily on business development and client relationships.
- Help the RM identify pending requirements and ensure timely closure.




- Ensure seamless handover of clients from Sales to Operations and subsequently to post-disbursement servicing.

2. Internal Stakeholder Management

Coordinate closely with

- Business Team
- Credit Team / Risk Team
- Operations Team
- Legal / Compliance Team
- External Brokers / Wealth Managers / Channel Partners
- Clients / Client Representatives

The candidate should be comfortable driving multiple stakeholders simultaneously and taking ownership until the issue is closed

Essential Experience

- 4 to 8 years of experience in any of the following:

- Stock Broking

- Loan Against Securities (LAS)

- Margin Funding / MTF

- Capital Market Operations

- Securities / Collateral Operations

- Wealth Management

- Private Banking

- NBFC Operations
- Candidates with experience in Sales support / Client Servicing will be preferred.
- Practical understanding of pledge / unpledge / re-pledge / lien / invocation is strongly preferred.
- Should have experience in providing support to RMs in Capital Market / LAS business.
