Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement technical solutions on ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, ITSM, and Service Catalog.

- Design and create workflows, administer workflow administration, and set up reports and data imports.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party software using REST, SOAP, and Table APIs.

- Write scripts, business rules, UI, and data policies, and develop scope-appropriate reports.

- Handle cloning, upgrades, and custom application development tasks.

- Manage knowledge management, data loading through import sets, and understanding data sources and transformation maps.

Job Requirements :

- Experience working with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Client Scripts.

- Robust coding and customization skills, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setup.

- Ability to write scripts, business rules, UI, and data policies, along with REST and SOAP integrations.

- Familiarity with service portals and service catalogues is desirable.

- Understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles is preferred.
