Job Summary

Responsible for providing post-sales technical support and service to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling complaints, coordinating repairs, and maintaining service records. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships through timely and effective service support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide after-sales support to customers for products and services.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within the defined timeline.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
- Conduct site visits for service and technical support when required.
- Maintain service records, warranty claims, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with spare parts, logistics, and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor service KPIs such as response time, closure rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports and submit them to management.
- Train customers on proper product usage and maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and warranty management activities.





Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in after-sales service/customer support.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems.
