Must-Have:

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions using PRTG and LogicMonitor.

Configure monitoring for network devices, servers, virtual infrastructure, cloud platforms, storage, databases, and critical applications.

Develop and optimize monitoring thresholds, alerting policies, dependencies, dashboards, and escalation workflows to reduce false positives.

Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM, ticketing, and collaboration tools using REST APIs.

Develop scripts and automation to collect, process, and enrich monitoring data from multiple infrastructure sources.

Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports by integrating data from PRTG, LogicMonitor, APIs, and other enterprise data sources.

Analyze monitoring trends, identify recurring issues,



and provide recommendations to improve infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.

Perform root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents and work closely with Network, Server, Cloud, and Security teams to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities:

Solid hands-on experience with PRTG Network Monitor.

Strong hands-on experience with LogicMonitor administration and monitoring.

Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.

Experience creating dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Knowledge of SNMP, WMI, SSH, PowerShell, Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, AWS, and network monitoring concepts.

Experience scripting using PowerShell or Python for automation.

Understanding ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, and change management.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

15 years of Continuous Education.
