About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment/machinery/systems at customer sites or in-house facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring equipment performs at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and configure equipment/machinery/systems at customer locations

- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out repairs efficiently

- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for each visit

- Order and manage spare parts/inventory required for repairs and maintenance

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, protocols, and company policies during service activities

- Provide technical training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting





- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or the design/engineering team

- Travel to customer sites as required (local/regional/pan-India, depending on role)

- Support sales team with technical inputs during pre-sales/post-sales customer visits

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field

- 1–4 years of experience in field service, installation, or maintenance (industry-specific experience preferred)

- Hands-on experience with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and testing equipment

- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
