We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Engineer to support the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-voltage electrical equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of equipment and providing effective technical support to customers.

Role & responsibilities :

- Conduct and support high-voltage testing of electrical equipment as per applicable technical standards and procedures.
- Perform testing, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-voltage equipment, including transformers , Bushings , GIS , Switches.
- Diagnose technical faults and identify the root cause of equipment failures.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities at customer sites.
- Attend and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues within the required timeline.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare technical observations and service reports.
- Ensure proper use and handling of high-voltage testing instruments and equipment.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures while working with high-voltage equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation of testing results, service activities, complaints,



and corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and performance improvement.
- Travel to customer sites as required for service, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and complaint resolution.

Required Qualification , Experience & Skills :

- Diploma or B.Tech/ BE Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in the service and maintenance of high-voltage electrical equipment.
- Solid exposure to conducting high-voltage tests and electrical testing activities.
- Hands-on experience with equipment such as Transformers, Bushings, GIS, and High-Voltage Switches.
- Good knowledge of testing procedures, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to prepare technical and service reports.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer and site support.
