Role Description The Service Advisor role at Kun Hyundai Chennai is a full-time, on-site position based at the dealership in Chennai.

The Service

Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and creating accurate job cards and service estimates. This role includes coordinating with the workshop team, tracking service progress, and keeping customers informed on timelines, costs, and recommended repairs.

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus.
- Ability to deliver Customer-focused Service with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining technical issues and service details clearly.
- Experience or interest in Aftersales operations within the automotive sector.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive service workplace is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and sales teams in a fast-paced workshop.
- Good organizational skills for handling multiple customer requests and service bookings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical or automotive-related qualification is beneficial.
