We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to handle customer service requirements for Tata Commercial Vehicles, including SCV, CVP, ILCV/ILMCV and HCV. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, job-card preparation, service coordination, repair estimates and timely vehicle delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle complaints and service requirements.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspection and prepare accurate Job Cards.
- Clearly explain the required repairs, maintenance and estimated costs to customers.
- Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs.
- Coordinate with Floor Managers and Technicians for diagnosis and repair.
- Monitor job progress and keep customers informed about repair status.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced and delivered within the committed time.
- Coordinate periodic maintenance, breakdown and emergency repair jobs.
- Prepare accurate estimates and ensure proper documentation.




- Coordinate warranty-related jobs and documentation as per company/Tata Motors procedures.
- Ensure correct labour, parts and service entries in the DMS/workshop system.
- Conduct final inspection and ensure customer concerns are properly resolved before delivery.
- Explain completed repairs and replaced parts to the customer at the time of delivery.
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and customer satisfaction.
- Promote periodic maintenance, value-added services and genuine parts.
- Maintain proper service records and follow dealership SOPs.
- Handle fleet customers and high-priority commercial vehicle cases professionally.
