About the Job

Masafi Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers / Waiters to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are polite, energetic, well-mannered, and passionate about providing excellent dining experiences to our customers.

Freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in the hospitality industry are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations when required.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customers are satisfied throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain clean and well-organized tables and restaurant areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer requests and concerns politely.
- Prepare tables before service and clear them after customers leave.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.




- Work efficiently during busy hours and maintain a positive attitude.
- Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, polite, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage.
