Senior Windchill Solution Architect

Hands-on Senior Windchill Solution Architect responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting PTC Windchill PLM solutions , while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guiding technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, implementation, testing, and support of PTC Windchill solutions.
- Guide and mentor development teams on functional and technical excellence .
- Develop/customize Windchill extensions and integrations covering CAD tools, Change Objects, BOMs, Parts, Documents, and Effectivity.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain Windchill environments for reliability and performance .
- Lead upgrades, data migrations, and legacy-system integration strategies .
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend data cleansing, preparation, and migration practices.
- Architect high-level PLM solutions improving product development and collaboration.
- Define and implement software testing procedures for quality and client satisfaction.




- Act as a technical thought leader and introduce innovative Windchill approaches.
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams, translating complex technical solutions into business outcomes and mitigating risks.

Must-Have Skills

- Atlease relavant 5+ years PTC Windchill + Windchill APIs
- Strong Java & JSP
- Hands-on Windchill 11.1+
- Enterprise PLM consulting and solution delivery
- System upgrades, data migration & integrations
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance

Ideal Profile: A technically strong, hands-on Windchill architect/developer who can bridge business requirements with complex technical solutions and lead development teams. Work type: Remote support role

Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily

US shift (generally till 12:30 AM IST sometimes meeting can happen till 2:30 AM)
