Key Responsibilities

● Optimisation of complex business processes
through detailed process mapping, data-driven strategy development, and
implementation of automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
● Leveraging of data analytics to provide insights
into process metrics and organizational KPIs for informed decision making
● Evaluation of the impacts of product and tech
rollouts on operational teams with feedback to the relevant stakeholders
● Ownership of end-to-end project plans, working
closely with stakeholders to develop and implement improvements across the organization
● Coordination with key stakeholders and
leadership teams ensuring seamless coordination and execution aligned with organizational objectives
● Presentation of analysis, insights and project-related
updates to management and executive leadership in a clear and concise manner

Requirements
Background/Experience:

● Master’s degree




from a premier institution with a specialization in Engineering, business, or
related fields including an MBA

● Strong
project management skills, structured approach and attention to detail

● Ability
to learn and adapt quickly to evolving situations, changing business needs,
ensuring continuous alignment with best practices

● Strong
analytical skills, critical thinking and business acumen

● Excellent
stakeholder management with written and verbal communication skills to convey
complex concepts and manage multiple stakeholders

● Solid
problem-solving abilities, including complex business analytics, root cause
analysis and solution implementation

● Ability
to work independently with limited supervision in unstructured conditions
