We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team management, lead conversion, customer relationship management, and property closing.

? Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop strategies to generate leads and increase property sales
- Manage leads from digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, walk-ins, and other sources
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visit, negotiation, booking, and closure
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and investors
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers
- Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, bookings, and conversion ratios
- Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives




- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Project teams
- Ensure timely documentation and smooth customer onboarding
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and forecasts
- Drive customer referrals, repeat business, and upselling opportunities
