✅ Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

● Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

● Review monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis with actionable

insights.

● Recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Accounting & Compliance

● Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions as per ITC and

statutory guidelines.

● Oversee preparation of P&L; statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

● Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements, including GST,

TDS, and other statutory filings.

Cost Control & Inventory Management

● Monitor departmental expenses and implement effective cost control measures.

● Oversee inventory management across F&B;, housekeeping, and other operational

departments.





● Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining guest service standards.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

● Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

● Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and accountability.

● Conduct regular reviews to improve team performance and process efficiency.

Strategic Partnership

● Partner with the General Manager to provide financial insights that drive key

business decisions.

● Support initiatives for revenue growth, margin improvement, and process

streamlining.

● Contribute to long-term business sustainability and operational excellence.
