Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR
function and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
end-to-end recruitment, ensuring HR compliance, and driving a positive, high-performance
culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead the recruitment process — from sourcing and
interviewing to onboarding top

talent across departments.

● Ensure compliance with all labor laws, HR policies, and
statutory regulations.

● Oversee employee lifecycle management including payroll
coordination,

documentation, and performance reviews.

● Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best
practices aligned with

business goals.

● Support leadership in organizational development,
engagement, and retention

initiatives.





● Maintain accurate HR records and ensure seamless
internal communication.

● Partner with department heads to understand hiring
needs and workforce planning.

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field

● 5 -7 + years of experience in HR management with strong
exposure to recruitment and

HR compliances.

● Excellent understanding of labor laws and statutory
compliances.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational
skills.

● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced workplace.

● A proactive and people-first approach to HR.
