Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)

Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation

Monitor and report changes in physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals

Administer medications as per care plan (if trained/authorized)

Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required

Maintain a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for the client

Provide companionship and emotional support

Accompany clients to medical appointments if needed

Follow infection control and safety guidelines

Maintain daily care logs and reports

Requirements
Qualification

SSLC

Certification or training in caregiving, nursing aide, or healthcare assistance

Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or nursing assistant

Ability to handle patients with patience, empathy, and respect

Physically fit to assist with lifting, standing, and mobility
