We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can build, execute, test, and scale. This is a 70% B2B outbound / 30% digital marketing role. Your primary mission is to build a predictable outbound engine that puts GlobalU in front of the right decision-makers and turns cold prospects into qualified conversations and pipeline.
You’ll own the numbers, the messaging, the experiments, and the execution — with the freedom to decide what works. No waiting for briefs. No vanity metrics. Just smart execution and measurable growth.

Your 70% — B2B Outbound
You’ll own the outbound engine end to end:
- Define ICPs, target accounts, personas, and prospecting strategy.
- Build highly targeted, quality prospect lists.
- Create and run cold email sequences and LinkedIn outreach.
- Own deliverability, domains, sequencing, and outbound infrastructure.
- Write sharp,



relevant copy that earns replies from senior decision-makers.
- Use Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, or similar tools to execute and scale.
- Continuously test targeting, messaging, subject lines, offers, and CTAs.
- Analyze what converts and double down on what works.
- Turn responses into qualified meetings and sales opportunities in partnership with sales.

Your 30% — Digital Growth
You’ll also drive targeted digital activity supporting GlobalU’s B2C growth:
- Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Support acquisition for MBA, L3, and HND programmes across Dubai and Malta.
- Create and optimize ad, landing-page, and email campaigns.
- Improve qualified traffic, lead quality, and conversion.
- Track CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and enrolment performance.
- Build dashboards and reporting that turn marketing data in
