Role Description The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications that support StrategicERP’s core platform. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions.

Daily tasks include writing clean and effective code, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring security and reliability across the stack.

Developer will review code, mentor team members, participate in architectural discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and staying current with modern web technologies relevant to the StrategicERP ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and creating responsive, user-focused interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, with experience in server-side frameworks, database design, and API development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with technologies such as Java, Angular, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and mentor junior developers.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
