Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Web Security Engineer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Airoli, Mumbai. If you specialize in securing web applications, managing enterprise proxies, and protecting network infrastructure against modern threats, we want to talk to you! Mandatory Skills Combination To qualify for this role, you must have strong, hands-on experience in at least 2 out of these 3 core areas:

- Akamai WAF: Configuring and managing Akamai Web Application Firewall / App & API Protector.
- IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems): Monitoring, tuning, and handling network-layer threat detection.
- Enterprise Proxy: Administering secure web proxy / web gateway solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, fine-tune,



and manage Akamai WAF rules to block web attacks and secure APIs.
- Monitor IPS alerts and investigate malicious network activity.
- Administer enterprise Proxy infrastructure, URL filtering, and SSL inspection policies.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to troubleshoot issues and respond to security incidents.
- Keep security documentation and operational runbooks up to date.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 5 to 7 years in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity operations.
- Core Technical Stack: Akamai WAF, Enterprise IPS, and Secure Web Proxy solutions.
- Location: On-site at Airoli, Mumbai. (Immediate joiners or short notice preferred!)
