About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Verint Professional Services Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Verint Enterprise Recording, Compliance, and Workforce/Customer Experience solutions. The role focuses on end-to-end implementation, integration, configuration, upgrade, and troubleshooting of Verint solutions for Banking and Financial Services customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, implement, upgrade, and support Verint recording and compliance solutions.
- Configure recording, capture, storage, playback, monitoring, and integration components.
- Integrate Verint with Avaya, Cisco, SIP, PBX, ACD, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect.
- Troubleshoot recording failures, media capture issues, SIP/RTP issues, storage, application, and connectivity problems.
- Perform Wireshark packet analysis and Verint application/log analysis.
- Support solution testing, UAT, validation, migration, and production go-live.
- Work with customer technical teams and third-party vendors.




- Perform technical RCA and coordinate with product/support teams for resolution.
- Lead Verint implementation workshops and customer technical discussions.

Required Skills

- 5-10 years of experience with Verint solutions.
- Verint Mandatory / Primary Skill.
- Strong hands-on experience with Verint Recording / Compliance solutions.
- Experience integrating Verint with Avaya and/or Cisco.
- Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP, PBX, ACD, and telephony architectures.
- Strong Windows Server administration.
- Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, VLANs.
- Hands-on Wireshark / packet analysis.
- SQL and basic PowerShell/Shell scripting.
- Strong implementation and customer-facing experience.
- Banking / Financial Services experience – Mandatory.

Good to Have NiCE/NTRX, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Connect, VMware, Citrix, AWS/Azure, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO.
